Rename / merge a value
Fix a typo or merge duplicates into one canonical value (e.g. "Luxe Brand" → "Luxe Brands"). With "Update existing trucks" on, all matching trucks — including historical ones — are corrected too.

Custom Column Definitions
Define admin-managed columns for trucks. These are stored globally. Depending on the options you enable, custom columns can be used in the Live Board, reports, filters, sort, transfer, bulk entry/edit, and alert rules. Maximum 20 active columns.
Custom column default order
Reorders the global default order of active custom columns. This updates the definition metadata used as the base default order when no global Live Board layout (below) overrides it.
Global Live Board layout Desktop default for everyone
Sets the default desktop column visibility and order shown to users who haven't customized their own Columns layout, and the target that Reset Columns restores. Built-in and active custom columns can be shown/hidden and reordered. Door stays locked first, Actions locked last. This is the global default — it does not change a user's own saved layout until they Reset Columns. Mobile keeps its built-in defaults.
